Training to Speak...
CIT: Daniel put his life in place of the wise men, he spoke up.
CIS: Daniel new when he could speak up for what was right.
SO: Kids will understand that when they have the word of God in their hearts they will now when they can speak up.

1) Have you ever said something and then wished you could take it back?
2) Why did you feel like you needed to take those words back?
3) Did everyone in the Bible say the right things?
We – I don’t know about you but if I don’t know the answer in class I am not raising my hand, but what about when the teacher calls on you…? I don’t know the answer!
T.S. - Would it be possible for God to give you the answer...
Bible -
Then Daniel went in to see Arioch, whom the king had ordered to execute the wise men of Babylon. Daniel said to him, “Don’t kill the wise men. Take me to the king, and I will tell him the meaning of his dream.”
Story of a dream Daniel tells the king...
You – don’t have all the answers but you know the one who has all the answers, “GOD.” You spend time with him so that you know how he thinks and does stuff. You then will be able to speak up at the right time with the right answer.
We – all will never know all the answers but we must learn to hear God so when we tells us the answer we are able to hear it.
PRAY - Lord give me ears to hear the right answers so I may speak up.
