The ancient story of humanity’s fall speaks even today of our brokenness and the brokenness of the world and our struggle to find true identity, intimacy, community, purpose, and eternity.
Function: To persuade our audience that our brokenness is the result of spiritual death, and that spiritual death can only be overcome by the power of the Son of God.
Questions to consider:
Are all people really evil? Are all people good by nature? Inclined to do good?
Aren’t we all broken inside of us and isn’t this normal? Isn’t it our brokenness part of what makes us human? Isn’t this part of what makes us unique and even valuable? Look for pieces of art that were distroyed and lost its value
