The trinity was partaking in the beginning of Jesus ministry.
The effect of the baptism was The dove symbolises the Holy spirit which brings peace in the midst of chaos.It also symbolises that the Holy spirit has now given Jesus the Power to do the ministry which God has called him to do. The father calls Jesus his son whom he is well pleased with because Jesus was the servant king who will win lives because he sacrificed his life for them. And Jesus shows what it means to be obedient to God and receive eternal life.
The baptism of Jesus shows us what we will receive when we receive Christ into our lives.
The Holy spirit gives us the power to live our lives as Children of God
Just like when Jesus
God calls us his children and he is pleased with us when we put our trust in Jesus.
