You have probably heard many people offer advice like, 'do it while you have the time' or 'sieze the day (carpe diem)' and others that suggest that we use our time wisely and for a purpose. But first, we need to claim the time to seize! Redeem it. Bring it back into your care. That would be a pretty good summary of Paul's suggestion in his letter to the church in Ephesus. But may I suggest listening to this sermon to see properly how and why to follow Paul's direction.
