Introduction
There are many believers in the body of Christ who have received a Word from the Lord and they do nothing at all with that Word, they think that the Word will just automatically come to pass in their lives.
There is even a saying that goes like this, "God said it, I believe it and that settles it."
Even demons believe the Word and shudder with fear but faith without works is dead.
We need to understand that whenever God gives us a word we have something to do with whether or not that Word comes to pass in our lives.
In this sermon I will talk about a few things that you and I can do in order for the prophetic Word to be manifested in our lives
1. Use the prophetic Word to do spiritual warfare by habitually declaring and decreeing what God has said in spite of circumstances that seem to contradict the word
You need to understand that the Word that God gives us becomes a sword in our mouth and we have to use that sword to do spiritual warfare (, , , ).
Treat the word of God like a sword
Hold fast to your confession by engaging in warfare prayers
As we keep decreeing what God has said we are not just doing spiritual warfare but we are writing the Word on the tablet of our heart {; }
The moment the Word registers on your heart or your spirit, get ready for manifestation (Mark 11:23-24).
Whenever God gives you a Word Put it in writing
Whenever God gives you a Word whether by dream or vision or prophecy, put it in writing.
One of the deceptions of the enemy is that we do not need to write things down we will remember it
