Now it happened, the day after, that He went into a city called Nain; and many of His disciples went with Him, and a large crowd. And when He came near the gate of the city, behold, a dead man was being carried out, the only son of his mother; and she was a widow. And a large crowd from the city was with her. When the Lord saw her, He had compassion on her and said to her, “Do not weep.” Then He came and touched the open coffin, and those who carried him stood still. And He said, “Young man, I say to you, arise.” So he who was dead sat up and began to speak. And He presented him to his mother.
Then fear came upon all, and they glorified God, saying, “A great prophet has risen up among us”; and, “God has visited His people.”
And this report about Him went throughout all Judea and all the surrounding region.

Eddie V - “If you think about it, Jesus is the greatest Police Officer there ever was. In going to the Cross He destroyed satan’s power and all his minions. A warrant has been issued to be served by an Angel at the end of the age where satan will be bound and thrown into the bottomless pit until he eventually is eternally punished in the Lake of Fire.()

“One Saturday on a hot afternoon, while going East on Irving near Sheffield Ave, a massive traffic jam occured. We were approached by a bus driver who said, “I just hit some guy with my bus. He broke the windshield with his head and went under the bus. He just crawled out and laughed. Then he picked up a florescent bulb from a garbage can and cracked it over some guys head.” I sensed this was more than we should handle alone. I told my partner not to leave the car as I called for help on the radio. M y partner bolted out to confront the guy who promptly struck him over the head with a large board. As I approached I saw my partner bleeding from the head, staggering and failing to the ground. I was about to shoot the guy, who still had the board in his hand, when an EMS officer ran and tackled him. The bus driver, the paramedic and myself tried to hold him and he was lifting all three of us off the ground. We cuffed him behind his back. He was able to bend my Smith and Wesson cuffs. I shouted at him, “in the name of Jesus , devil get out!” He instantly calmed down. He was demonic. Some might say he was high on drugs. However, later, in the station, it was revealed that he wasn’t. I went with my partner to the hospital. He had a concussion. When the Violent Crimes Detective spoke with the guy, he was calm and docile, not at all the same person that was on the street. Was it an exorcism? God knows for sure, but the strength he had was beyond reason, and I still have the cuffs to prove it.”
The enemy is defeated, YOU have power in Jesus Name and through the Holy Spirit over him!

whose minds the god of this age has blinded, who do not believe, lest the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine on them. For we do not preach ourselves, but Christ Jesus the Lord, and ourselves your bondservants for Jesus’ sake. For it is the God who commanded light to shine out of darkness, who has shone in our hearts to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ.
And we have such trust through Christ toward God. Not that we are sufficient of ourselves to think of anything as being from ourselves, but our sufficiency is from God, who also made us sufficient as ministers of the new covenant, not of the letter but of the Spirit; for the letter kills, but the Spirit gives life.
Vision Translation: “This is the kind of confidence we have in and through the Anointed toward our God. Don’t be mistaken: in and of ourselves we know we have little to offer, but any competence or value we have comes from God. Now God has equipped us to be capable servants of the new covenant, not by authority of the written law which only brings death, but by the Spirit who brings life.”

At this he took a loaded 45 and put it to his head and said, “Lord if you are there then stop me.” That is when I walked into the room. The next day he was in church carrying a Bible.”

Eddie V - “One night we recieved a call that a woman had been kidnapped off the street and there was a ransom demand. We found that she was a housewife who was trying to improve herself by going to night school when she was forced into a car by two male offenders. After some time they decided to let her go and dumped her on the street on Chicago’s West side. She had been raped repeatedly, beaten and robbed of what she had by the two offenders. We took her husband with us and when she saw us pull up she threw herself down, right on top of a pile of snow. She was bearing the shame of what had just happened to her. She was emotionally destroyed by the heartless act she had endured. I was driving and had to hold back the tears when I asked her if she was able to go with us to look for the offenders before we took her to the hospital. She agreed as we drove off. This became very personal to me and with every fiber in me I asked the Lord to show me where to go. Instantly, and I mean instantly, I received a vision of a street with cars parked on both sides of the street, and the name of the street “Jackson Blvd”. I remembered from working in that area that Jackson Blvd only had parking on it in what they call K town. I drove down a side street and coming to Jackson I turned left and drove directly to the house. She said she had been blindfolded, but at one point she managed to lift the blinders and saw a broken sidewalk and half a fence. She said that it was a basement apartment and everything was in red. Red carpet, sofa, drapes, etc. We called for other cars as we were able to gain entrance to the apartment. We found the names of the occupants and put the name out over the air. A beat car driving through an alley saw two males walking. Upon questioning them, he found that one of them was the resident of the apartment. He cuffed them and brought them to the scene where immediately she identified both as the offenders. Other detectives arrived at the scene, and one that I knew said, “How could you have found them, and so quick?” Not only did God give me the name of the street, He led me right to the house. What a miracle!”
