So Many Young People fell that they dont belong to Church and reject religion due to
-Lack of oppurtunity for church involvement
-Negative media influnce (TV, rock music and Movies)
-Poor relationship with Parents.
-Low self-esteem
- Lack of Family Harmony

If Someone is older than you, they know more than you . period. It Does'nt mean they are always right and you're always wrong. But it does mean that they have seen some things that you have'nt. Listen carefully when someone older than you speaks.

There are as many as five generations could be sharing leadership responsiblility in churches Today..
They are Boomers (1946-1964) Grew up, got Jobs and now growing Grey Hair and staretd to retaire.
Generation X (1965-1980)-Maintains a balance between work and the rest of the Life.
millennials(Genreation Y) (1981-2000) comfortable with Technology,
post millennials ( Generation Z)
Church is experincing Major Demographic transtion as boomers, Xers, Millennials and Generation Z learn how to live and lead together.

How to Deal with Young people and how Young people Respond are the Major issues.
