Responsibility

Definition: a thing that one is required to do as part of a job, role, or legal obligation.
Dictionary of Bible Themes 5051 responsibility

An obligation, especially to give account of one’s actions. Scripture stresses that the responsibilities which believers and the church have arise from their special and privileged relationship to God.

we have a plethora of depictions in the bible that talk about responsibility.
Responsibility can be accepted, denied, or delegated.
John 9:4 NKJV
I must work the works of Him who sent Me while it is day; the night is coming when no one can work.
John 17:4 NKJV
I have glorified You on the earth. I have finished the work which You have given Me to do.
when Christ came he had a legal obligation to redeem mankind:
ignorance does not remove responsibility
Acts 3:19
