SPEAK TO NEED
HOW DO YOU KNOW YOU ARE HEADED IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION IN LIFE? There are many roads to choose from, but only one leads to life. What?
Matthew 7:14 ESV
14 For the gate is narrow and the way is hard that leads to life, and those who find it are few.
Yes, but sometimes the easy road is all I am interested in; AM I RIGHT ABOUT IT? Why, because I get tired sometimes because living right is now is, but I have learn that it is worth it! I resist difficulty because… d and THE RESISTANCE IS REAL, and there are relationships that can pull us away from the joy and strength of out lives. Tell someone near your resist the pull!
Hallelujah, God has a word for us today to help us resist the pull! Tell someone near your resist the pull; resist the pull!
PLEASE STAND WITH ME FOR THE READING OF GOD’S HOLY WORD!
2 Corinthians 7:6–12 ESV
6 But God, who comforts the downcast, comforted us by the coming of Titus, 7 and not only by his coming but also by the comfort with which he was comforted by you, as he told us of your longing, your mourning, your zeal for me, so that I rejoiced still more. 8 For even if I made you grieve with my letter, I do not regret it—though I did regret it, for I see that that letter grieved you, though only for a while. 9 As it is, I rejoice, not because you were grieved, but because you were grieved into repenting. For you felt a godly grief, so that you suffered no loss through us. 10 For godly grief produces a repentance that leads to salvation without regret, whereas worldly grief produces death. 11 For see what earnestness this godly grief has produced in you, but also what eagerness to clear yourselves, what indignation, what fear, what longing, what zeal, what punishment! At every point you have proved yourselves innocent in the matter. 12 So although I wrote to you, it was not for the sake of the one who did the wrong, nor for the sake of the one who suffered the wrong, but in order that your earnestness for us might be revealed to you in the sight of God.
State Key Verse: For see what earnestness this godly grief has produced in you, but also what eagerness to clear yourselves, what indignation, what fear, what longing, what zeal, what punishment! At every point you have proved yourselves innocent in the matter. (2 Cor 7:11)

INTRODUCTION
When we were pregnant with Alexandra and Joshua?... Adjustments had to be made in the way we lived, sacrifice was required, our old way of living was fading away, but when they were born we celebrated!
In similar ways Paul has been in labor...
Who: The Apostle Paul writes this letter to the church of Corinth (planted on second missionary journey) and sends it by Titus hand. This is the 4th and final letter; 1 Cor was the second letter, the first letter as lost, the 3rd was the tearful letter possibly following his painful second visit.
What: A minority of the church of Corinth are still questioning Paul’s Apostleship; false apostles are now there in the church, Paul defends his apostleship of Jesus Christ because the Gospel and the spiritual life of the Corinthian Church is as stake.
When: He wrote this letter on his 3rd missionary journey.
Where: From Macedonia
Why: Paul loves the Church of Corinth and desires them to come alive to purify themselves from corruption in the body and spirit, to be practicing and perfecting holiness in reverence for GOD. Now Paul sees that the letter he sent was not in vain, that the word of God is manifesting itself in their lives.

Our text reveals the accomplishments of the church at Corinth Paul sees and now celebrates. But, how can we celebrate the good turns we have made that are pleasing in God’s sight?

He helps us to...
