God keeps for Himself a remnant and although the rest of Israel was hardened, it was for a season and purpose. If their rejection means the reconciliation to the world, what would their acceptance be but life from the dead!
The church is called to live out lives in a way that exposes to the world the wonder, beauty and love of Christ, in order that some, desiring to emulate what the believer has in God, will be saved.
