The Controversy

Leadership is a hard job; sometimes leadership can be an impossibility, especially when you have those that have no desire to follow. The reason that leadership is so uncomfortable and difficult at times is because the fruit of your leadership is shown by the people that you lead. We must also understand that leadership is assignment driven. You don’t necessarily “pick” your leader. If we consider predestination; we should consider the precept of God setting up all of the conditions in your life so that there is only 1 voice to unlock the locked doors in my spirit.
Ananias is told to go and and Minister to somebody that he really didnt want anything to do with, because he has a record of killing people like him. There are alot of people in the room that if your resume was to show up to the Church before you did there would be a whole different experience when you got there.
What do you do when the people that you are called to are those who have the desire to hurt those that do what you do.
it is not personal; we was negative when we got here, we were needy when we got here, we was messy when we got here.
Well the text give us 2 things that we are to do in order to maintain in this work,
if you plan to be successful servant there are 2 simple platforms that you have to follow. (1) do what God tells you to do and (2) Say what God tells you to say!

The converstaion

In order for Saul to experience a conversion means that Ananias had to have a conversation. Because if there is no conversation then there is no conversion. Meaning it is very important for the Minister that you are sent to; be guilty of talking to God! It is extremely dangerous for folk to try and make deposits in your life when they have not been guilty of talking to God themselves. God was able to sent Ananais as confirmation, not communication!
