In texts such as Matthew 18:17; Acts 5:11; 1 Corinthians 4:17; and Philippians 4:15, “church” refers to the entire group of Christians living in one place.

REGARDING LEADERSHIP 9 “19 Jesus called out, “Come along with me and I will show you how to fish for the souls of men!” 20 And they left their nets at once and went with him.”

Leadership is a process whereby the responsibility of both leaders and followers, pastor and member, presenter and audience must be considered in order for leadership to take place.

First it is INTENTIONAL action by leaders and followers so that everyone is engaged.

Second it is Interdependent of leaders and followers actions to contribute to the accomplishment.

Third it is Reciprocal in that it generates an outcome greater than both leader and follower.

Fourth it is Dynamic whereby leaders and followers are energized by the power of the Holy Spirit.

Fifth it is RELATIONAL as two humans respect the value and worth of one another.

EVANGELISM(Messenger) - - “24 But life is worth nothing unless I use it for doing the work assigned me by the Lord Jesus—the work of telling others the Good News about God’s mighty kindness and love”
