WHO (v.9)

Bondservants
Bondservant also means servant or slave. Often understood as a modern day employee.

WHAT (v.9-10)

A worker is to adorn the doctrine of God in all things!
adorn - to make beautiful
How -
obedient to boss
be well pleasing in a all things
Not answering back
pilfering (stealing; withholding)
honest

WHY (v.11-15)

A christian worker should do the things above because of the salvation that has caused him/her to be the person below.
the salvation of God teaches us thing
Salvation produces these 7 things in our life
to deny ungodliness
deny worldly lusts
live soberly
live righteous
live godly
looking to when Jesus returns
zealous for good works.

HOW (v.14)

live godly
In this section we learn 5 ways on how we are able to be all these things mentioned above!
We also learn 5 things about our salvation in this section:
looking to when Jesus returns
God’s grace brings salvation (v.11)
zealous for good works.
God’s grace/salvation has appeared to all (v.11)
Jesus gave Himself to us (v.14)
Jesus redeemed us from every sin(v.14)
*** not the contrast or comparison to the bondservant earlier
Jesus purified and made us His own to be excited for good works (v.14)
also I as a teacher am taught to speak what I just said.. and to exhort and rebuke (v.15).
So if you are saved you will deny ungodliness, deny worldly lusts live soberly live righteous live godly looking to when Jesus returns zealous for good works which will make you as a worker be obedient to your boss pleasing your boss, not answering back to your boss, not holding anything back from the company, and being honest.
All because Jesus appeared to you and brought you salvation, which redeemed you and purified you so you can be zealous to do all mentioned above
