1 I, therefore, the prisoner of the Lord, beseech you to walk worthy of the calling with which you were called, 2 with all lowliness and gentleness, with longsuffering, bearing with one another in love, 3 endeavoring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace. 4 There is one body and one Spirit, just as you were called in one hope of your calling; 5 one Lord, one faith, one baptism; 6 one God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all.
For those who come to a service, on the van, it starts with the van ride.

the van driver is the leader of that part of the service.
this is where sometimes i have been a bad leader. I have not always walked worthy of the calling to which i am called. so, I have not been a model to you.
the only thing to do at this point is start over.
i know these people are difficult but we have to model behavior becoming a christian to them.

it has come to my attention that the van drivers feel that I always stick up for the passengers. that is not my intention. my intention is to solve the problem.
many of the passengers are early in recovery, are disabled or for what ever reason are not as develop as you guys are. ( I know these people aren’t right)
we are happy to have you guys behind the wheel for Jesus. I want to work with you as a team. i want you guys to know i have your back.

The passengers are saying they don’t here the horn.
Some passengers say they don’t want the horn.
we turned on he track phone to deal with people not being ready. on a busy Sunday they could be waiting an hour or more.
in an attempt to speed up pick up time, we have turned on the phone so that a driver can call before pulling off to be in route.
