But this is hard text for me to preach.
There is not a hint of sadness in it or troubles
I want to say I fail in this area of my life but that would be wrong to say.
You see worship is not an area of our life.
Its like we have band on this night and work now, kids then doctors appoints.
WORSHIP IS OUR WHOLE LIFE (ADD PIPER QUOTE)
It comes down to what is the purpose in our life.
Some today would offer that the best purpose for your life is to make yourself happy.
But at the in there never really any happiness.
Worship of God is different it has an eternal nature that has no end.

What does last is the worship of our good God.

People often say You know it does not matter what you believe as long as you believe sincerely.
What we see from the this Psalm is something different.
we are to worship God with an understanding of who he is and who we are.

We have to understand who God is.
We need the rest of the bible for that.
For an example, if you you have this idea in your mind thta God is some powerful focus that helps good people do good.
You are actionally not worshipping God.
