1. Prayer

18 Pray at all times in the Spirit with every prayer and request, and stay alert in this with all perseverance and intercession for all the saints.

To Not Quit because it looked difficult, but to Persevere, even when it does not make sense.

That they Stay true to the message and it’s proclamation.

19 Pray also for me, that the message may be given to me when I open my mouth to make known with boldness the mystery of the gospel.

1. For the right words at the right time. That the message may be given to me.

2. A fearlessness to keep talking about Jesus

3. The Courage to not be intimidated.

Pray that I might be bold enough in HIM to speak as I should

Paul is concerned about the message being given, it’s the only message that matters to him.

A Message inspired by the Spirit. it’s not about what you know. It’s about relying on Jesus to remind you what you know.

Paul knew this and relied on it.

GIVEN BOLDNESS by the Spirit as well.

3. Partnerships with the church’s

It is clear that Paul sees the partnership of the church in Eph as vital to the things that

4. Peace & Grace among God’s people

Jesus Brought Peace, HE showed that we did not deserve it yet he gave it freely.
