This June, we’d love for your teen or teens to join us for our trip to Ridgecrest
Now it’s called “camp”, but it’s really nothing like camp at all
But you know what it is? It’s amazing
Check out this video
You’ve all received papers or are currently receiving papers that talk about what a day at Fuge Camps looks like, and as you can see, it’s all Biblically based, but it’s also a ton of fun
We stay at Ridgecrest Conference Center in Ridgecrest, North Carolina
For the week, we will live in dormitory style housing, with all girls living in one part of campus, and all the guys in another
We eat cafeteria style, but the food is actually pretty good
Throughout the day, we will spend time both as a group, and as individuals
Meaning: each teen kind of gets to build their own camp schedule. They can sign up for the activities they want to do, which is one thing I find so appealing:
Don’t want to do the ropes course? Don’t sign up for it
And then each day, you go to two different track times and get to spend a week doing something that you love
So each day, we as a group:
Eat together
Worship together
And have church group devotion time together
Cost
So I know cost is always a concern, and I get that, I really do.
The cost for Centrifuge is $200
And that is with me knocking some money off the top
But I can assure you, that the $200 is money well spent
that provides all the meals, lodging, activities, t-shirt, wifi (ha), etc.....
The only other money your teen would need is if they wanted to buy a coffee each day, or buy some memorabilia.
