CONFUSION
THE PEOPLE WANDER
• Zechariah 10:2
• 2 The idols speak deceitfully,
diviners see visions that lie;
they tell dreams that are false,
they give comfort in vain.
Therefore the people wander like sheep
oppressed for lack of a shepherd.
FOCUS
• Proverbs 17:24
24 A discerning person keeps wisdom in
•
view,
but a fool’s eyes wander to the ends of
the earth.
BRING THEM BACK
• James 5:19-20
• 19 My brothers and sisters, if one of you should
wander from the truth and someone should bring
that person back, 20 remember this: Whoever turns
a sinner from the error of their way will save them
from death and cover over a multitude of sins.
HE LOOKS FOR THE WANDERING
• Matthew 18:12
• 12 “What do you think? If a man owns a
hundred sheep, and one of them wanders
away, will he not leave the ninety-nine on
the hills and go to look for the one that
wandered of?
• Galatians 1:6-7
• 6 I am astonished that you are so quickly deserting
the one who called you to live in the grace of Christ
and are turning to a diferent gospel— 7 which is
really no gospel at all. Evidently some people are
throwing you into confusion and are trying to pervert
the gospel of Christ.
