The 23rd. Psalms – Explained

The Lord is my Shepherd----That’s Relationship!

I shall not want----That’s Supply!

He maketh me to lie down in green pastures----That’s Rest!

He leadth me beside the still waters----That’s Refreshment!

He restoreth my soul----That’s Healing!

He leadth me in the paths of righteousness----That’s Guidance!

For His name sake----That’s Purpose!

Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death----That’s Testing!

I will fear no evil----That’s Protection!

For Thou art with me----That’s Faithfulness!

Thy rod and Thy staff they comfort me----That’s Discipline!

Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies----That’s Hope!

Thou annointest my head with oil---That’s Consecration!

My cup runneth over---- That’s Abundance!

Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life----That’s Blessing!

And I will dwell in the house of the Lord---- That’s Security!

Forever ---- That’s Eternity!

T K is with the Lord & will be forever.

How can you & I be sure?

The Bible is plain on the fact that God loves us all.

The Bible is also plain in stating that God wants us all to go to heaven.

The Bible also says all we have to do to get to heaven is to repent of our sins, ask forgiveness, and trust Jesus as our savior.

I ask T K if he was ready?

He said , yes and no.

I asked , if he wanted to be?

He said he didn’t know how.

I told him , be sorry for your sins, ask God to forgive you and ask Jesus to save you.

T K did just that , and according to the Bible he was saved.

ROM. 10:9     9 that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. 10 For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation ….. for the same Lord over all is rich to all who call upon Him. 13 For  “whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.”
