You have to find the person before you lead the person

As a leader are you adding value to the people or are you wanting them to add value to you

Everything worth while is up hill
People have up hill hopes with down hill habits
The only way to change it is Intentional Habits
There is no such thing as Accidental Achievement
Intentional is Deliberate and Consistent
Selfishness and Significance are incompatible

Everyday we must Think of ways to add value people
Intentional living is upfront thinking your preparing when your back end thinking your repairing
Everyday look for ways to add vale to people
We see things as we are, not as they are
Everyday we must add value to others
Go from knowing to doing, from thinking and looking to action
Ask yourself, Did you add value to someone today ?
Everyday we must encourage others to add value to other people
