Challenge for you!

As I start here as you Pastor I want us to think through and focus on a few things

THe goal of this Church ought to be making new and better deciples. everything we do here should revolve around this goal

We ought to be putting an effort through diversity.

We will equip the members and attenders to “Do the work of the ministery”

my door is always open I can not be botherd my only rule is ladies that our not old enough to be by grandmother and Children I will not council alone

My final word of encougemnt and a request is this. I do things differently than each of you might just as your last pastor, I also will inevediblly do things differently than your last pastor did. That is not because think I am better than you or him simply we lead in different ways and our gifts are different.

although bright, let us put the past beind us and embrace the future. lets embrace what God has in store for us here in the prsent. inevidably there may be some chnages, and some of those some may not like. but know this any change I encouge will never be done only for the sake of change there will be a reason and it will revolve around the primice of making new and better deciples. I don’t say this to scare you into thinking I am here to change a buch, I am not, but when change happends I ask that you be open minded about it.

The Church is like walking down a up secelator if we stop we fall back and we fall back fast.
