There are none righteous (no not one) among human beings in their default state.
No one understands and no one seeks for God.

2. [Side Note] By default, humans are in rebellion against their creator and are running as fast and as far as they can from Him. God’s snatches some from the fire by election because if He didn’t then hell would be completely full and heaven would be empty.
Men cannot be saved apart from the triune God working on their behalf.
The Father elects for salvation (Eph 1:4-6), the Son propitiates for salvation (Matt 1:21), and the Spirit makes the salvation effectual for God’s people (John 3:8).

He has given us the Holy Scriptures as our single authority alone.
