Children learn to say things like, “Sticks and stones may break my bones but word will never hurt me.” Or “I’m rubber and you’re glue, what you say to me bounces of me and sticks to you.” This is to help them to cope in harsh things children can say to each other. However words still impact us but teaching the children to be resilient helps them to better deal with adversity. Yet, words of hope and life are still far better. Speaking words to encourage and lift up give fuel for people to live a life worth living. We need to look to fill peoples cups up with life. Words of life give life.
People stay longing for attention and feeling important. Come to Jesus, come who can only satisfy.
John 6:68 NLT
68 Simon Peter replied, “Lord, to whom would we go? You have the words that give eternal life.
Live with Jesus and know life with Jesus and free of wicked.

Enemies of the message of life (3)

Acts 5:21–24 NLT
21 So at daybreak the apostles entered the Temple, as they were told, and immediately began teaching. When the high priest and his officials arrived, they convened the high council—the full assembly of the elders of Israel. Then they sent for the apostles to be brought from the jail for trial. 22 But when the Temple guards went to the jail, the men were gone. So they returned to the council and reported, 23 “The jail was securely locked, with the guards standing outside, but when we opened the gates, no one was there!” 24 When the captain of the Temple guard and the leading priests heard this, they were perplexed, wondering where it would all end.
