HOW MUCH DO YOU WANT TO BE USED BY GOD?

FACT 1: Capacity refers to how much you can handle and how much you can produce

FACT 2: What got you to where you are will not get you to where you need to be

FACT 3: God wants to do more in you and through you than you could possibly imagine

LEVELS OF CAPACITY

Level 1: Leaders of 10’s lead by example

CAPACITY: Does most of the work themselves

GROWTH: Develop personally

Level 2: Leaders of 50’s lead other people

CAPACITY: Delegates tasks effectively

GROWTH: Develop teams

Level 3: Leaders of 100’s lead other leaders

CAPACITY: Empowers other leaders

GROWTH: Develop leaders

Level 4: Leaders of 1,000’s lead through the vision

Level 5:

CAPACITY: Influence the organization

GROWTH: Develop senior leaders

INCREASING YOUR CAPACITY

1) Increase your confidence

NOTE: The pathway to your greatest accomplishments are through your greatest fears

2) Increase your connection

NOTE: You will not rise above the five most influential voices in your life

3) Increase your competence

NOTE: We can’t do the same things and expect different results

4) Increase your character

NOTE: Your talent may get you to the top, but only your character will keep you there

5) Increase your commitment

NOTE: How bad you want something will determine what you are willing to do to get it
