How you Lord today? I find it kind of warm in here. I see some of the ladies or Fanning and hot in here and we're y'all welcome to turn that unit down just a little bit cool. It's not cool at all. Don't put the AC on but turn the heat off. I'm good with that. I'm good with that. Well last week we wrapped up our our series on that one set of notes that we had and we're starting another note here this week and looks like we're not going to get through all of this one today, but I want to talk about something that the Lord is really Put in my heart and in I don't quite know how to say it or explain it yet. I'm going to have to just let God develop this and get it out where you can see what I'm talkin about. If you ever been somewhere as like in a room and and you just had a sense that something wasn't right like somebody was watching you or maybe there's somebody outside the door, you know, you you don't know how to explain that but but you just felt like like things weren't right, but that's kind of where I am in his message today. I know what what God is impressed upon me. And and I'm going to try to share that with you, but I was thinking about the Christmas season and you know, you win when you win a Christmas season December you want to preach some messages about Christmas and we're going to start a talk about that a little bit today as well. I want to try for the next few weeks to try to impart to you a little bit of the vision that God has given me as the pastor and and hopefully all this will come out in at the end of this you will go I know what you're talkin about cuz I want to talk about God's vision for a little bit because I think deep down inside of me. There's that God is is stirring or God is speaking to my spirit that this coming year. It's going to be some good things that are going to happen. I can't tell you what that is. I don't I don't know at this moment. But I do believe that God speaks to us in different ways. As a matter of fact, I have this as one of my my points this morning and that is the key to any relationship is communication. We cannot have a relationship without communicating. You can't have a good marriage. If a husband and wife don't communicate. It's the same thing when it comes to God. You can't have a good relationship with God if there's not some communication and too often we dat's it in our in our churches. We believe the communication is simply one-sided in many ways. We pray to God we speak to God we tell God what's on iHeart we communicate but I believe that God communicates to and somewheres in this series. We're going to look at some of the ways that God communicates to us, but I believe that God gives people vision. If you agree with me say amen. God gives us vision and I believe that vision is simply God revealing to us what his will is purpose direction or even movement whether we should move our stay still a couple of passages of scripture where you can see it for yourself and Isaiah chapter 1 verse 1. God tells us this the vision of Isaiah the son of amoz concerning Judah and Jerusalem, which he saw during the Reigns of Uzziah jolt them ahaz and Hezekiah king of Judah. Obviously this passage tells us that God reveal some things to Isaiah about Jerusalem and Judah, you know, God revealed some things to him about them and and he calls him Vision. He had a vision about what was going to happen God revealed as well as purposed direction or even some movement in 1st Samuel chapter 3 verse 1. It tells us a little different side of the coin flip it over. It says not a boy's Samuel was ministering to the Lord before Eli and word from the Lord was rare in those days and Visions were infrequent. So here in this passage, it tells us that God does speak in those ways and it communicates

Communicate communicate to Samuel and any begins to to express his vision if you would and is willing his purpose in his direction that he was going. So God does speak to us in that way. He gives vision and I want to expound on that a little bit more through this message. But before we actually get into that, let me tell you that in the New Testament. It seems like the Holy Spirit did not end. Well people the way he does today not he did come in and do well some He Came Upon them empowered them to do things, but he didn't stay today you and I have a great gift the moment you trust Jesus Christ as your savior and it's the real deal. You really mean it the moment that happens. The Holy Spirit comes and lives in the Breath of God is the holy spirit is called the Breath of God takes up residence inside of you and he can lead and guide you will in the Old Testament. They didn't have that privilege. So I have to do some other things to communicate to his people God had to How to do different things that I want to show you a couple of them today in Exodus chapter 41 verse 36 and 37. He says something here throughout all their Journeys whenever the cloud was taken up from Over the Tabernacle the sons of Israel would set out but it's a cloud was not taken up then they did not set out until the day when it was taken up. No, that's you know, let me tell you what's going on there that they built the Tabernacle under Moses is leadership. According to God's plan the Shekinah Glory of God came and dwelt there in that. Holy of holies where the Ark of the Covenant was and there was a cloud of smoke by day and a pillar of Fire by night over that place and and whenever that thing that I would pick up the chance and the move wherever the cloud LED dimming when the clouds stop

That God gave the people Vision invisible way there at as long as that cloud stayed over the Tabernacle than you to stay there when it got up and started to move. They knew it was time to move and so God because the Holy Spirit had named weldolet him. God gave them if you would some physical Vision here so that they could know God's will God's purpose got Direction and God movement. There's another one in Exodus chapter 28 verse 30 watch this. You shall put in the breastplate of the Judgment room and the thummim and they shall be over Aaron's heart when he goes in before the Lord another words in the end of Tabernacle of the Lord the holy place in the holy of holies, Aaron Chabert the Judgment of the children of Israel over his heart before the Lord continually. What is that about? It seems like the priests had a breastplate that they wore and this breastplate had 12 Stones on it one stone for each of the tribes of Israel. And there were two other stones or something called a rim in the Thunderman that They carried in that breastplate and whenever that was a question for God the priest would go in and seek the Lord space. Should we go to war should we not God would use these that remember Thurman to kind of indicate a yes or a no answer sometimes God would call upon a tribe to do something some kind of way the stone for that tribe would light up or some kind of waved. They could see that God had chosen that tried and so God had some visual visions that the people could use to determine God's will his purposes Direction and is movement. Why because with God he understands that communication is essential to a good relationship. I believe that with everything in me in 1st Corinthians chapter 414. I'm sorry Chapter 14 verse 33. This is what he says for God is not a god of confusion.

But of Peace as in all the churches of the Saints, let me tell you what that tells me. God doesn't want us to be confused. God wants us to know things. He gives us his word that we can know a lot of things and we're God's word may not touch a certain area. We can go to God and communicate with God and can learn things God is not the author of confusion, but he is the god of wisdom and knowledge and is willing more than willing and ready to communicate those things to you and I does not want us to stay in the dark all the time about everything. There is some things in the scripture that are Mysteries that we may not know the answer to to we get to heaven but for the most part God is not wanting us to be confused. Let me show you the first thing that God does for you when you're saying the very first thing when Holy Spirit comes in lives in you. Let me show you what God does for you and you tell me if God is not a communicator Romans chapter 8 verse 16 says this the spirit and that Spirit the word spirit that s is a capital s meaning the holy spirit in time. You see it capitalized that way it's talking about deity the Holy Spirit himself testifies with our spirit smallest that we are children of God. Let me tell you what that means the more mature saved the Holy Spirit comes and lives inside of you. And the first thing he does very first Rattle. I got the box he begins to communicate with your spirit and it begins to convince you that you are saying than a child of God.

And what's that mean? Well couple of things number one when I ask people where you going to go when you die if they said well, I don't know. That tells me they may not be saved. It's an indicator that they may not know the Lord, you know, why cuz if they're genuinely saved the holy spirit's going to live in them. And the first thing the holy spirit's going to do is convince him. They're saved. Let me tell you when someone asked me where you going to go when you die right off the bat. I tell him I'm going to be in the presence of the Lord. The Bible says to be absent from the body is to be in the presence of the Lord. If you're a Believer, if you know Jesus as your savior, when you die, you're going to heaven and you are convinced of that. I know I know I know who holds my future. I'm totally convinced by the spirit of God that I'm a Believer. Sometimes the enemy Whispers in my ear if you really were to believe or you wouldn't do what you just did. And God has to intervene on my behalf and his son says well, maybe you shouldn't have done it. But he's paid for UC. I'm convinced beyond a shadow of a doubt that I am a believer. That's the first order of business. The Holy Spirit does is he communicates to you that you are a Believer? Let me tell you if there is doubt in your life today about your eternal security about your Eternal future. You need to check with God you may not have the Holy Spirit in you if you may not be saved. I don't change yourself. There's nothing to enemy would love more. And for you to be lost. And think you're saved because you will never try to get saved. If you're not if you're relieved that you're saved and you're really not you'll go on believing God and he will try to get you to believe that till the day you die when you die from God, but I'm here to tell you that God is in the communicating business. He wants to communicate to you that you are a Believer and you are his child. I believe that with everything in me. Hebrews chapter 4 I want to camp there for a moment verse 12. It says this for the word of God is living and active and sharper than any two-edged sword piercing as far as the division of Soul and Spirit ball joints and Marrow able to judge the thoughts and intentions of the heart Lisa Lee that verse of therefore. I want to I want to kind of look at that verse for a moment and share some things with you about that. First thing is this the author of the book of Hebrews is really laboring hard to try to get the reader's whoever they may be to understand that. Jesus was far better than Moses. Because what Moses offered was only a shadow of the real thing, I mean throughout the Book of Hebrews, you will find that he sort of Compares Moses and Jesus what Moses brought was a shadow or a type when Jesus came he brought the real deal. You see when he talks about a day of rest. He's be sure that we enter into that rest. He talks about Moses his rest being the promised land. They went into a land that they didn't have to work for that didn't have to plow the houses were already built. It was a land flowing with milk and honey that Shirley was a day of rest for those people because they took over a land that they didn't really have to labor too much for But I'm going to tell you that the rest that they got was a temporary rest because it was an Earthly rest. It was a physical rest from Labor's but what Jesus offers his eternal rest, and so he labors hard to get the the readers you and I and anybody else who would read it to understand that what Christ brought was far greater than what Moses brought in the Old Testament. Go figure. people didn't get along best commercial ever made was the black guy standing there with his wife and it tells about this insurance and how they don't hold no grudges grudges Mabel imagine that

People didn't get along. And so Moses had to appoint judges to arbitrate for them Moses had to have to have judges who had to listen to the evidence of what was going on and try everything they could to decide who was right and who is wrong and make some sort of judgment according to that but have Flawless is that I mean if you watch Judge Judy, my mother can't live without Judge Judy. That's a mean woman. You know that Cheesecake Factory that be a good word to put it but I'm going to tell you even Judge Judy doesn't always get it right is hard to get it right, but I'm going to tell you what he's trying to introduce to us in this particular passage is there is one who judges he always gets it right knows the difference between right and wrong then he goes on to tell us something if you look at that. He's talking about the word of God. Let me tell you that most of us read that passage of scripture and and we walk out of their tot thinking that that's talkin exactly about the Bible and I'm I know it's part of it. Don't get me wrong when it talks about the word of God is talking about the written word, but I think it goes way deeper than that because the Greek word that's use there for the word word is the word logos. It's the same Greek word that's used in John chapter one that says this in the beginning was the word and the Word was with God and the Word was God and people you can't help but understand that. How to become by Jesus Christ Jesus Christ is the Lord God. He is the Living Word who left us the written word. So when I read this passage, I know it's dealing with the words. He goes deeper than that just talkin about Living Word of God. It's alive and active and is sharper than any two-edged sword and Jesus his holy spirit living in you a bility to go deep inside of you and understand what's really really really really going on with you. Even divided the soul from the spirit. The soul is your mind your will your emotions how many times my mind will say one thing and my emotions will lead me in a direction. I shouldn't go or think some things I shouldn't think God Spirit speaks to my spirit and helps me to understand that my thinking is not right here. And Jesus has a better way where the judges in Moses date with hear evidence and make mistakes. Jesus never makes a mistake. Let me tell you that Jesus knows what's going on inside of you. You can fool the people you can come to church with your plastic smile and make everybody think it's all good with you and you're such a super spiritual person, but I tell you that Jesus knows what's going on inside of you. It talks about the joints in the matter of those are things you can't see Jesus knows the things that nobody sees about you. But Jesus is able to know that about you and he's able to To you in a way that nobody else can because he can communicate you would you according to what's going on inside of you?

Jesus is in the communicating business is my point and and I think he's trying his very best to help us to understand that he's got a message for us that he wants us to know and he wants us to be ready for let me say this way all those sermons that we did on living with people forgiving people in and how to get along with people. That's no accident.

That's part of God getting us ready. So what he's got? That's God's way of working in US in consecrating US in cleansing us if you would. Getting us ready for the great thing that he's about to do. But I'm going to tell you this. The key to any relationship is communication. But communicating with God depends on a few things and I want to share those with you today. The very first one is this if there's any kind of communication between you and God you have got to be saved for it to happen. You know, there's a lot of lost people when they get in a bind. What's the first thing they do who? Yeah, who do they call out to they call out to God can God hear their prayers? He certainly does but there is not much communication. You know, why because you have to be saved for God to communicate with you. I want to show you a passage of scripture 1st Corinthians chapter 2 verse 14 15 and 16. He says it's a natural man. In other words a human being without the Breath of God in them a human being without the holy spirit of God living in them. A natural man does not accept the things of the spirit notice that capital S talkin about the Holy Spirit doesn't accept the things of the holy spirit of God for they are foolishness to him and he cannot understand them because they are spiritually appraised. In other words a person who has never been saved does not have the Holy Spirit communicate with God and God doesn't communicate with them. The only time God will communicate with a person is when he's trying to draw them to his son Jesus Christ to offer than eater. Other than that, they don't have much chance. They can't understand what's going on. The next verse says but he who is spiritual you have the Holy Spirit live in your Praises all things yet. He himself is a Praise by no one and then verse 16 for who has known the mind of the Lord that he will instruct him. But we have the mind of Christ in us because we have Christ Living in a people if there is communication with God you got to be saved. No doubt about it. You've got to be saved. You must be born again for all this to halfway make sense to you. The second thing. Is this not only do you have to be safe, but you have to be in right relationship.

Excuse me. In other words, you've got to be obedient to the word of God. I want to show you this in first John chapter 1 beginning in verse 5. This is the message we've heard from him Capital H talking about God's announced to you that God is light and in him there is no Darkness at all. This is the next verse if we say Or if we have convinced ourselves, or if we think we have fellowship with him and yet walk in darkness. We lying practice to two people. Do you understand what that verse is saying? If you're a Believer and you're not living according to the word of God, if you're a rebel and rebelling against the word of God are your Disobedience if you're not one of those who is trying to live for the Lord and listen to what God has to say if your relationship is not right with him to communication is not good between you and God you understand if we say we have fellowship with him and yet walk in the darkness of Samuel. I do not practice the truth. Next verse but if we walk in the light as he himself is in the light, we have fellowship with one another in the blood of Jesus Christ cleanses us from all sin. We have fellowship with him. If everything's right when Fellowship is Right communication is good simple as that, so you've got to be safe and then you must be in fellowship with him through obedience the third thing that has to happen. You've got to want to hear from God. Did you hear me? You've got to want to hear from God how many people are sitting in our churches? They choose to remain death to God even says in the book of Hebrews you're hearing has become dull people the way we get dull and I hearing is we really don't want to hear from some people don't want to hear from God because what God has to tell him goes contrary to what they're living. That's why people don't want to Skype. I do this all the time when I'm just joking around and somebody said something. I really don't want to hear I go la la la la la la la la la la la la la la when the preachers preaching about giving your money. Lalalalalalala many preachers preaching about some sitting in your life. Lalalala. Lalalala just don't want to hear from God, but let me take those who are wanting to be in junagadh goes to a warning to really hear from God. Those are the ones that God is going to communicate with watch what he says in Jeremiah chapter 3 verse 3 chapter 33 verse 3 watches call Timmy. I don't say that again. This is Gospel call to me. See the me is capitalized and I will answer you and I will tell you Great and Mighty things with you. Do how do you learn these Great and Mighty things you have to be willing to hear from God and the Bible even goes a step further. You got to do something. You got to call the guy.

I want to hear.

and then Okay, I'm saved and I'm trying to be a BM in fellowship with God and Lord. I want to hear so I called out God I want I want to know some Great and Mighty things.

But then you're going to have to learn to listen to what he says because sometimes God speaks. And we don't listen. Okay, God I want to hear from you today. And God says okay. I'm going to speak to you don't go there. Don't go there. I told you this sometime back in a message when I find myself in sin and God spoke to me about it. God communicated. I told the Lord this I said Lord. I heard you. I heard you when you said not to do it. But I did it anyway. I heard you but I did it anyway. You see you've got to you've got to learn to listen in Matthew chapter 7 verse 24. He tells us is he says there for everyone who hears these words of mine and Acts on them may be compared to a wise man who built his house on the rock. You see you can say God. I want to hear from you today and God can speak and you hear but you chew. Have to be to choose not to listen. You've got to learn that when God.

That's why when I was putting this message to you. Sure. This is where you are going to think. I'm crazy. Isaiah Isaiah take all your clothes off and walk around for three years naked. My God hadn't told me that. Thank you, Jesus. Isaiah walking around naked and somebody said what are you doing?

Imagine around the supper table that night and saw that idiot out there.

You see when God speaks. Sometimes. It don't always make a lot of sense to everybody. And when you try to communicate with people with God is telling you they laugh at you. You become a laughing stock. You become the brunt of the jokes. There's always a price to pay when God speaks to you. So you if you want to hear from God, you've got to be saved. You got to be obedient. You got to want to hear from God and you've got to learn to listen knowing that when you try to communicate with God is told you people are going to make fun of you and laugh at you and say you crazy. If I was to tell you right now what I think he's trying to tell me crazy. Next week. I'm going to try to convince you. That is I'm in the room and I have somebody's watching me. There's something inside of me. Is pushing and doing it and trying to lead me into so that I can help you with that. And so I'm going to labor hard for the next few weeks to try to convince you that God is the one Speaking here. And hopefully you get the message. Hopefully you get the message.

Usually lets his people know when he's about to move.

I'm going to say that again. God usually lets his people know when he's about to move. I'm going to read a couple of passages and I want you to notice the pattern. This is important that you get this. This is very important that you get the pattern here. Okay watch is Luke chapter 1 verse 1. I've got 2 verse 17, but we're not going to read all of it. I'll read a few verses so you can see what's going on. Inasmuch as many undertaken to compile an account of the things accomplished Among Us. Just said they were handed down to us by those who from the beginning where eyewitnesses and Servants of the word. It seemed fitting for me as well having investigated everything carefully from the beginning to write it out for you in consecutive order. Most excellent Theophilus.

So that you may know the exact truth about the things you have been taught. in the days of Harry King of Judea that was a please name Zacharias important you get that there was a priest named Zacharias of the division of abijah and he had a wife from the daughters of Erin and her name was Elizabeth. They were both righteous in the side of God walking blamelessly and all the Commandments and requirements of the Lord, but they had no child because Elizabeth was Barren and they were both advanced in years was performing his Priestly service before God in the appointed order of his division according to the custom of the Priestly office. He was chosen by noticed. He was chosen chosen by lot to enter the Temple of the Lord. He was chosen according to the custom of the Priestly office. He was chosen by lot to enter the Temple of the Lord and burn incense outside at the hour of the incense offering An angel of the Lord appeared to him standing to the right of the altar of incense. Zachary I was trouble when you saw the angel and he got scared fear gripped him. But the angel said do not be afraid Zacharias for your petition has been hurting your wife Elizabeth will bear you a son and you will give him the name John. This is the beginning of a Christmas story that we normally covered in Luke Chapter 2, but I want you to notice that God goes to one of the leaders. He goes to the priest who was chosen and he makes this great announcement he begins to tell the people through the priest he begins to to to let them know what's going on. I watch the next part of this chapter 1 verse 26

In the sixth month, the angel Gabriel was sent from God to a city in Galilee called Nazareth. Do a virgin engaged to a man whose name was Joseph of the descendants of David and the virgin's name was Mary. And coming and he said to her greetings and then look what it says Chosen One favored one Chosen One. The Lord is with you. She was very perplexing this statement. She kept pounding. What kind of salutation this was an angel said do not be afraid Mary for you have found favor with god. He has chosen you for something special and behold you will conceive in your room and bear a son and you shall call him. Cheese like that. He will be great and will be called the son of the most high and the Lord. God will give him the Throne of his father David. And then the last one that he will reign over the house of Jacob forever in his kingdom will have no end. So hear God Appears. He sends an angel that the priests the leader gets it now another chosen one gets the message that the Messiah is fixing to be born and then watch what happens in chapter 2 verse 8 and 9. In the same region, there were some Shepherds stay out in the fields and kept watch over their flock by night. An angel of the Lord suddenly stood before them in the glory of the Lord Shone around them and they were terribly frightened terribly terribly frightened and it goes on to say that the angel came to let him know that until then was born a savior and they said let us go to Bethlehem and see what has been done is great thing and my point is usually before God does something great like the birth of the Messiah. He usually lets people know what's going on and he starts with the leaders and it works down to some other leaders and then it works out to the people. That's the pattern that God usually uses. Now. Let's go to the passage that we're going to camp in for the next few weeks. This is the main coupe the girl passage here Exodus chapter 19, and I want to show you again watch the pattern and watch what God does God is fixing to move greatly again back then and I want to share some things with you. Moses went up to God and the Lord called to him from the mountain sing dust you shall say to the house of Jacob and tell the sons of Israel. So God is about to share with them what sticks and a happen God's about to do a great thing is about to give him the law just proud of that. He's fixing to tell some people who does he tell first

who's Moses? The leader that God chose he tells Moses first. I'm about to do some great things. Okay, you and your cell just seen what I did to the Egyptians how bored You On Eagle's Wings and brought you to myself now then if you will indeed obey my voice and keep my Covenant you shall be my own possession among all the peoples for all the Earth is mine. And you shall be to me a kingdom of priests in the holy nation. These are the words that you shall speak to the sons of Israel and watch what he does. So Moses came and called him. Beyonders so Moses first and then the next guy that got a Joe's in these leaders and set them before all these words which the Lord had had commanded them and all the people answered and said all that. The Lord has spoken we will do in Moses brought back the words of the people to the Lord then it goes on to say some other things and that's plenty enough reading for right now. The point is you see the pattern details Moses who tells the elders who tells the people. Is there a point to all of this. What am I trying to say?

How does God Speak? Usually it starts with the leaders and then it works its way down to the people. the one time The one-time God said okay you people you think you got the answer. I'm going to let y'all decide the one time the people could say something don't want any time. He said go out into the land and Spa DeLand come back give a report. When they came back went out there. when they came back 10 of them said no, we don't need to go. There giants over there. We look like grasshoppers in their sight and their cities are fortified. I don't know that we can take them and so the majority of the people that went on the spying trip. They said no we shouldn't go over there. But thank God for the two men that God had chosen Joshua and Caleb both of those men stood their ground and said, hey, the Lord said that we can take that land. I believe we ought to go. And then a further down in that passage, it says this they wanted to elect new leaders and go back to Egypt.

Don't ask me why God does it that way? But usually he starts with the leaders. And he works it down to the people.

That's God's way. I believe that God is about to do something and I miss I have no idea how to tell you what it is. But I do sense something in me that God is going to move my Denis. So with that in mind, let me read Exodus 19 verse 10 and 11. Then I want to share this and I'm going to close for the day. The Lord also said to Moses go to the people and get them ready. And we going to talk about that in a sermon to come consecrate them set them apart get them ready today and tomorrow let him wash their garments. Let him get right then Watch What Happens? And let them be ready for the third day for on the third day. The Lord will come down on Mount Sinai in the sight of all the people. Now watch this I'm going to skip up to the next versus chapter 19 verse 16 and 17. That's what it says. And so it came on the third day when it was morning that that was thunder and lightning flashes and a thick Cloud up on the mountain and if you forgot your Bibles and you want to underline in your Bible unlock a very loud trumpet so that all the people who were in the camp trembled what a way to go and Moses brought the people out of the camp to meet God and they stood at the foot of the mountain. Let me tell you God was about to do a great move in these people's lives that he's fixing to give them the law remember they didn't have the Holy Spirit to lead him. So God use a law to leave him. He started off using their conscience then use the Patriarchs and then now he's going to use the law to lead them. God is about to do a great work in them. He's about to move in Israel. And then when he shows up, let me tell when God shows up, you know, he's in the place.

That was weak.

I thought sure God would have got a standing ovation there when God shows up. When God shows up, you know, he's there thunder and lightning and smoke and fire and clouds and allowed trumpet. Let me tell you something that's coming today. You're going to hear it cuz when God shows up

and when God decides to do whatever it is, he's going to do here in the future for us. You're going to know God's there is no doubt in my mind about that. God is about to do a great move with Israel. Let me share this with you about that. They were in slavery for some 400-plus years. They didn't hear from God.

It was long and dry spell between hearing from God. It was a dry. That was no word. No movement to some of them didn't even thought God had abandoned them. They probably would telling each other all our forefathers said God was going to do this and this and this and it's not happened people today or that away. Said he's coming to get his bride one day pain and hasn't happened. And so some people kind of given up on God don't give up on God. Give me don't give up on God. It was a long dry season without hearing from God and battles were being fought they were in slavery. They were dealing with with being in bondage. They were under the umbrella of idolatry because of the Egyptians. I believe he represented the world. They were living in the world. So to speak that word in God's atmosphere. If you would things were happening in there was struggling everyday. I'm sure some of them said, is there any hope is there any hope that God can free us from this and then one day God told the leaders she called Moses to a bush. He said go tell my people I'm fixing to let him go see Moses and told him to come to the mountain. I'm fixing to do a great work and later on if we would have continued reading God gave them the law and it was a way for their sin to be covered over so God could have Relationship with them until Jesus Christ could pay the price for send them.

Got it. Began a good work.

August is guilty of a lot of things.

Before you start thinking the worst. Let me say most of it's good. But he gave my blind eye that little devotion book. And if you haven't got it yet. You ought to get it. Put on one of the pages. It talks about a Hebrew word and it's the word Yasha. And that the Hebrew word means to rescue. to help to defend to make free to heal to save

Yasha Begin to be translated later to yahshua.

And in your shoe a means salvation. In Exodus chapter 15 verse to this is what it says. The Lord is my strength and song and he has become my Yeshua my gosh. That's what that word is there. I will praise him. My father's got an hour late stalled him and Isaiah chapter 12 verse says the same thing behold God is my yes. You are my gosh. He is my salvation and his talking about God being our Salvation in Genesis chapter 22 verse 8. Abraham is taking his son so he can sacrifice him to the Lord and the boy asked him. He says I'll see the fire and I'll see the wood in the night. Where is the Lamb who were going to sacrifice? And this is what Abraham said my son Elohim Elohim Jireh. My provider is going to provide. Yeshua the lamb for a burnt offering later on the word Yeshua is translated into Greek as Jesus. Jesus God came down and took on the form of a man and was born as a human being and suffered as a human being like you and. But didn't never seen one time. He became the perfect sacrifice. He is the one that took your place at Calvary. He is the one that died on your behalf. So you wouldn't have to use the one that paid the price for you and so we can truthfully and honestly say that God is salvation and Jesus Is God and Jesus is salvation.

I want to read something else. Bear with me and I'll shut up and just a moment. I'm about a quarter inch from this.

This is how the book is written the devotion out gave us it's about a guy and his teacher every day. The teacher comes and teaches him something you listen to this. If this don't move you. There is something wrong with you. We were sitting in his study. The teacher was holding a Scarlet thread I dyed it myself. The teacher said I left it in the solution for several days to make sure the dye soaked into every fiber. Do you think it's possible to undye this card and make it white again? I doubt it. The teacher says but it is written though. Your sins are as Scarlet. I will make them white as snow. It would be like undying the card. Which would be impossible I said. But it's even more impossible than that. How do you make Sims go from Scarlet to wife sends our sins because they are already committed. They're done their part of the past and the past is finished. Then the only way to alter send would be to change the past. Yes, and yet the scriptures are filled with the promises that God will one day a wipe away sin and wash away our guilt. You can't wipe away sin or cleanse guilt without change the past but it's impossible to change the past the first recorded Miracle of the Messiah was the changing of water into wine. But wine is only one if it's aged. But the one of the miracle had no past to be aged since it had to be given a new past. God can give a past where there is no pass. He can remove a pass where there once was one. So salvation I said is the undying of the Scarlet thread exactly said the teacher God doesn't just forgive the Scarlet card or pretend. It isn't Scott. It changes its past and by Daddy changes, its reality. He unties it do that. I asked God brought time into existence. God can bring time out of existence. So it's not simply that everything is the same and we're forgiven in spite of it. It's as if we never send in the first place.

You sure did that for you even more amazing than that. It's not just as if we never send but in his Redemption it has become that we'd never send in Salvation The Impossible becomes a reality the guilty become innocent the tainted become pure the rejected become those who are always beloved children and our sins, which were escorted became white as snow.

Yeshua did that for you? You see God is introducing to the children of Israel a plan at Mount Sinai. Right now it was the sacrificing of animals that had to be done year after year after year, but those sacrificing of the animals was a shadow that pointed to the real thing and when John the Baptist stood there and saw Jesus he pointed to Jesus and he said Behold the Lamb of God who takes away the sins of the world. Jesus Yeshua And so God was about to do some great work in his people's lives and you spoke to Moses who spoke to the elders who spoke to the people and God was fixing to move and move model and God brought salvation to his people as he began to put that plan into work starting with the law and then later finishing with Jesus Christ.

This is my question today next week. We're going to move into God moves with us. He moved with Israel this week. He's moving with us next week. We're going to talk about the Rapture next week. If you're not familiar with the Raptors some of you younger Christians have no idea what I'm talking about next week. We're going to discuss that we're going to talk about the long drive. Between the time Christ was born in the time God Christ is going to move again. We're going to talk about the great battles that we are being fought. We're going to talk about the Blessed. Hope of his return to get his bride. But the question is when Jesus comes back when your shua comes to get his bride when it comes to get his church to get the children of God. The question is are you one of them?

See, that's where we stop today. Because you can miss that great work that God is about to do on this planet if you're not one of his children.

Is God your salvation? Or do you think you've got to save yourself? It's one of the other either Christ died for your sins or you will pay for your sins. Which will it be? So as we come before you today, I'd life you just to buy your head.
