Matthew 1:23

Matthew 1:23 KJV 1900

23 Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son, and they shall call his name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is, God with us.

As I look through Gods word I noticed that God has always been with us

I see God in the Garden of Eden when he created man

I see him in the fall of man- we see that God promised redemption through the seed of woman

I see God when he called Abraham to a land of promise by faith

I see God in the Birth of Issac

I see God when he provided the sacrifice for Abraham over his son

I see God in Jacobs life when he wrestled with God till the break of day

I see God in the story of Joseph when he was sold into slavery and how he prospered

I see God when he spoke to Moses from a burning bush and spake I am the great I am

I see God when Pharaoh wouldn t let Gods children go and when the blood was posted upon the door post

I see God when Joshua entered the promised land

I see God in the prophetical writings and in where we took our key verse from

All of a sudden we don’t hear from God for over 300 silent years

I see God in a Manger
