Right Now Media: Read Scripture Series:Session 65: James:
Video Length: 8:02:
Family Hour Time: 9:15am- 10:15am(10:25am if kids show up later)
Start out with fellowship asking how their week is, prayer needs, etc.
You can do a game like, would you rather, mafia, ninja, never have I ever, etc(Games are really hard sometimes, because of space and not knowing how many youth are going to show up).

Sometimes we skip a game and just do fellowship or a prayer time.
Objective:
Objective:
The goal is to aid the youth of our church in their biblical literacy. The Read Scripture Series is a video series on each book of the Bible, animating and explaining the overview and main theme/topics of the book. By watching these videos, and discussing the questions, the youth should grow in their understanding of the bible, the book they are going over, the reason it was written, and the main points of the author. The discussion questions are designed to create deeper knowledge of God’s word from the video and to have a personal application from the main interpretations of the book. This will help them to understand the bible more intimately and try and put their minds in the shoes of the author, audience, and unique situation/circumstance the book was inspired for in their day and in the life of each youth.
