A child is born! who is that child ?

His venue or birth was prophesied in the OT.
A new Eternal Ruler (king - Messiah) will be born :
Isaiah 9:6–7 LEB
For a child has been born for us; a son has been given to us. And the dominion will be on his shoulder, and his name is called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. His dominion will grow continually, and to peace there will be no end on the throne of David and over his kingdom, to establish it and sustain it with justice and righteousness now and forever. The zeal of Yahweh of hosts will do this.
King, descendant of Jesse, Nations’ Counsellor (701-681 BC)
Isaiah 11:1–10 LEB
And a shoot will come out from the stump of Jesse, and a branch from its roots will bear fruit. And the spirit of Yahweh shall rest on him— a spirit of wisdom and understanding, a spirit of counsel and might, a spirit of knowledge and the fear of Yahweh. And his breath is in the fear of Yahweh. And he shall judge not by his eyesight, and he shall rebuke not by what he hears with his ears. But he shall judge the poor with righteousness, and he shall decide for the needy of the earth with rectitude. And he shall strike the earth with the rod of his mouth, and he shall kill the wicked person with the breath of his lips. And righteousness shall be the belt around his waist, and faithfulness the belt around his loins. And a wolf shall stay with a lamb, and a leopard shall lie down with a kid, and a calf and a lion and a fatling together as a small boy leads them. And a cow and a bear shall graze; their young shall lie down together. And a lion shall eat straw like the cattle. And an infant shall play over a serpent’s hole, and a toddler shall put his hand on a viper’s hole. They will not injure and they will not destroy on all of my holy mountain, for the earth will be full of the knowledge of Yahweh, as the waters cover the sea. And this shall happen on that day: the nations shall inquire of the root of Jesse, which shall be standing as a signal to the peoples, and his resting place shall be glorious.
The virgin will give birth to a son (701-681 BC)
Isaiah 7:14 LEB
Therefore the Lord himself will give you a sign. Look! the virgin is with child and she is about to give birth to a son, and she shall call his name ‘God with us.’
His place of birth was mentioned (750-686 BC)
Micah 5:2 LEB
But you, O Bethlehem Ephrathah, too small to be among the clans of Judah, from you one will go out for me, to be ruler in Israel; and his origins are from of old, from ancient days.
A Saviour for his people
Luke 2:10–11 LS1910

Savior. One who delivers or rescues. The term “savior” is most frequently applied to God and Jesus Christ in the Bible. The understanding of Jesus as Savior is a key truth in appropriating the biblical message.

To Save us from the Penalty of SIN: DEATH
Romans 5:6–10 LEB
For while we were still helpless, yet at the proper time Christ died for the ungodly. For only rarely will someone die on behalf of a righteous person (for on behalf of a good person possibly someone might even dare to die), but God demonstrates his own love for us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us. Therefore, by much more, because we have been declared righteous now by his blood, we will be saved through him from the wrath. For if, while we were enemies, we were reconciled to God through the death of his Son, by much more, having been reconciled, we will be saved by his life.
Born at the Right and chosen time
Galatians 4:4 LS1910
mais, lorsque les temps ont été accomplis, Dieu a envoyé son Fils, né d’une femme, né sous la loi,
Titus 3:4–7 LEB
But when the kindness and love for mankind of God our Savior appeared, he saved us, not by deeds of righteousness that we have done, but because of his mercy, through the washing of regeneration and renewal by the Holy Spirit, whom he poured out on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Savior, so that, having been justified by his grace, we may become heirs according to the hope of eternal life.
CONCLUSION / MEDITATION
A child, A king is born - His plan is to establish his Kingdom, save his lost people from the dominating Kingdom, bring them back into his kingdom, Going to the battle himself, taking all the blames upon himself, so his people may be granted pardon. This King’s plan is to provide everything for them and take full care of them, protecting and ensuring they have a long an abundant life.
Revelation 22:17 LEB
And the Spirit and the bride say, “Come!” And the one who hears, let him say, “Come!” And the one who is thirsty, let him come. The one who wants, let him take the water of life freely.
BUT this king, does not FORCE anyone , he INVITES everyone !
What is OUR decision ? What is our response ?
