Cancer, a calling to refocus on the kingdom of God.

Illustration: I was in a personal relationship with God through Jesus Christ but by the time I was diagnose with cancer I had lost the love for the kingdom of God. I had lost the focus on the kingdom of God and I was seeking the things of this world and failing into many temptations. As a man who knew God I will describe myself as someone who kept himself busy to ignore his struggles and pain, second as a man with fears to be love and accepted and a man who was not experiencing freedom to love God with all my heart and my neighbors as myself. me and Tamara gives thanks for the cancer and belies that it came at the proper time. It helped me to refocus on God’s kingdom my wife and my children.
What is the kingdom of God?
we all look for better times.
Some looks to the pass (going back to “el valle de collores”Ay, la gloria es sueño vano. ),
some try to build their kingdom in the present with all hopes in education, work, family, trying all means to avoid suffering,
Sports, alcohol, sex, careers, divorcing, getting married, politics, having children, abandoning their children, but we still on afflictions of many kinds. We all suffer and go through many trials.
But we can look to the future to a better life.
A life without suffering and pain.
Ho do we enter into that kingdom now?
REPENT
