· Charismatic streams often cover up disfunction and call it being Spirit lead.

o We see in scripture that God is not of dysfunction, so we should not be okay with in our churches.

o Revelation of Health. Burning out is not from God.

o Epidemic of Preachers leaving the families

· We are hearing God tell us that this ministry and city is has been marked for an outpouring of His Spirit.

o But we have to create structure that will be allow the move to have its full effect.

Isiah 52:

Enlarge your house; build an addition. Spread out your home, and spare no expense! 3 For you will soon be bursting at the seams. Your descendants will occupy other nations and resettle the ruined cities.

-We have reject smallness and create larger structures in Faith.

In this church we going to create structure that attracts powerful moves of the Holy Spirit. Every member healthy, whole, and powerful and being used on their gifting.
