I’ve got something inside of me

Gabriel ignored the heartland of God’s work Judea, he bypassed the chosen city Jerusalem and over-looked the holy temples to travel to a place that was considered to be unappealing; a place that was corrupt; matter of fact the question was asked in the Gospel of John, can anything good come out of Nazareth?

It was in Nazareth; where Gabriel meets Mary.

Mary is in a no good place and there is not much to Mary.

She was to young to know anything.She had not accomplished anything.Because she was viewed as a poor peasant girl she didn’t have anything.

Matter of fact if Gabriel had over-looked her;

her life would not be extraordinary.

she would marry humbly.

her children would most likely be poor and many.

her travel would be no farther than a few miles from home.

and like so many before she would die a nobody in a nothing town in the middle of nowhere.

Because Gabriel stop in this place that is viewed as a no good place; Mary received something good.

Don’t you know God still visits, places that others believe nothing good can come from there.

that may be many of our testimonies tonight.

he still visits needy folks who wouldn’t make it without him.

After hearing; you are going to become pregnant Mary asked a biological question not a disbelieving question.

God, how are you going to do this?

disbelief is refusal to accept that something is true or real.

Enlightment is seeking understanding or wisdom.

Mary believes it’s going to happen she is just seeking some understanding.

Elizabeth heard Mary’s voice

The baby inside of her leaped and Elizabeth was filled with the Holy Spirit.

Blessed are you among women and blessed is the fruit of your womb!

According to contemporary Jewish ideas a woman’s greatness was measured by the greatness of the children she bore.

It’s not who she is or what she can do that makes the difference, but the one inside her.

It is not necessary that I be popular or appealing for something good to come my way.

Some people experience a great amount of stress because they associate future fortunes on present placement.

everything has to be in the right place, I have to do everything the right way in order for things to turn out right.

if I am not in the right place most times we just accept this is all life will be.

Your greatness is not determined by you- but by whats/whose inside you.

Your power is not determined by you- but by whose inside you.

Your abilities are not determined by you- but by whose inside you

The baby leaped.

Gabriel bypassed Jerusalem, temple, important people.

Mary; a nobody going nowhere in place others viewed as no good.

and now we see something special happening with a fetus who is not fully developed, unable to speak, no reasoning abilities.

to skip in a continuous manner as a sign of or reaction to great joy.

the fetus recognized who was inside of Mary. a fetus still not fully developed, unable to speak, walk, and without the reasoning ability of an adult yet he recognized who Jesus was.

this unborn and not fully developed fetus that is bound by space.

John paves the way;

all of us are paving the way for someone else.

1: 15-17 says John would be filled with the Holy Spirit while in his mothers womb; John is still developing the Holy Spirit is fully developed.

if the Holy Spirit can cause a fetus that is not fully developed to recognize Jesus; how much more should you and I rejoice because of who Jesus is.

The Spirit is not limited to our level of maturity.

The reason for my joy:

I’ve got something inside of me.

When I met Jesus; he put something inside of me.

Logos;

John went before him telling others about him.

Greater is he that is in me.

If I wait on him; that word helps fly like an eagle, run and sometimes walk.

walk through fire will not burn; water will not drown

Jesus tempted in the garden; man shall not live by bread alone; but by every word

I’ve got something in me that keeps me together when I should be losing my mind.

Jesus could go to calvary holding to a word; destroy this temple in 3days I live again.
