Christ- The One

The baptism of Jesus in the book of Matthew has the sole purpose of revealing to us that he is truly the Savior sent from God who is Christ.

Christ- The One Giver of Greater Baptism

One that comes after will be counted greater

John recongnized his need of Christ

Christ- The One identified with us

Became one with the ministry of John

They do the same work with the same message

Preach righteousness and repentence

Baptize those who do

Became one with all mankind

He was identified as one of us eventhough he was without sin

Being one of us, he could represent us

Christ- The One Accepted by God in Heaven

Holy Spirit descended upon Him showing Christ as the chosen One

The voice of God testifying that he is the One

ख्रीष्ट- जो महान् बप्तिस्मा दिनुहुन्छ

जो पछि आउँछ उहाँ महान् हुनुहुनेछ

उसलाई येशू चाहिन्छ भनेर यूहन्नाले बुझेको थियो

ख्रीष्ट- जो हामीसँग गनिनुभएको छ

यूहन्नाको सेवाकाइमा एक हुनुभयो

एउटै काम र एउटै प्रवचन गर्नुहुन्छ

दुबैले पश्चात्ताप र धार्मिकताको प्रचार गर्नुभयो

जसले विश्वास गर्‍यो त्यसलाई बप्तिस्मा दिनुभयो

सबै मानिसहरूसँग एक हुनुभयो

पापरहित हुनुभए तापनि उहाँ हामीहरूसँग गनिनुभएको छ

हामीसँग हुनुभएकोले उहाँ हाम्रो प्रतिनिधित्व गर्न सक्नुभयो

ख्रीष्ट- जो स्वर्गको परमेश्वरले स्वीकार हुनुभएको छ

उहाँमाथि पवित्र आत्माको ओर्लाइले येशूलाई चुनिएको व्यक्तिको रूपमा देखायो
