Slow reading vs Speed reading

After one week of our Bible reading plan, I wonder how many of you noticed something you hadn’t noticed before?

Plowing through a reading of the Bible can be helpful in some ways, but, as we go, I want to encourage you to allow yourself to slow down 1, 2, or 3 times this week and make observations.
I’ve had texts, calls, and drop-ins this week from some of you who noticed some things as we have been reading. And the next couple of weeks I want to offer some training in how to interact with those parts of your reading that you want to or should slow down from your speed reading.
Acts 1:8 NIV
8 But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.”
