-When we pray in our own strength burnout is the result

Likewise the Spirit helps us in our weakness. For we do not know what to pray for as we ought, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us with groanings too deep for words.
-When we pray in the Spirit we are empowered for Spiritual warfare

-The method is not the important part, but our prayers being in the Spirit and honestly given to God.
