Like Carl there is a character in the bible named Caleb who lived 45 years without a dream fulfilled
It’s hard when we lose our dreams, struggles, seasons, confusing
Sometimes we buy into culture of giving up
But god gives dreams not just for one season but all seasons
In Joshua the land is divided into areas to maintain.

7 and said to the entire Israelite assembly, “The land we passed through and explored is exceedingly good. 8 If the Lord is pleased with us, he will lead us into that land, a land flowing with milk and honey, and will give it to us. 9 Only do not rebel against the Lord. And do not be afraid of the people of the land, because we will devour them. Their protection is gone, but the Lord is with us. Do not be afraid of them.” 10 But the whole assembly talked about stoning them. Then the glory of the Lord appeared at the tent of meeting to all the Israelites.

he has a promise that creates a dream and holds onto it for 45 years

We are a work of art, God is the artist
He makes you into a masterpiece
How- he makes us new
Not that we are wonderful it’s that he makes us
That the promise we must lock onto
The promise God has is good and amazing.
In every season 20s, 30s, 40s,50s, 60s, 70s
what Caleb did was so powerful, he persevered
and trusting his timing
Caleb has been holding on for 45 years

10 “Now then, just as the Lord promised, he has kept me alive for forty-five years since the time he said this to Moses, while Israel moved about in the wilderness. So here I am today, eighty-five years old!
40 years in the dessert depressing and just mad i didn’t chose this adventure
He trust Gods timing and don’t quit
