New Kingdom

My assertion is that the new heavens and the new earth of is the kingdom of God that John said was close (), and which Jesus preached, .
It is the same kingdom into which 1st century Christians were translated, .
It is the same kingdom that John was in, 9.
It is the same kingdom into which Gentiles and Jews were added, ; ; .
Matthew 5:3 NKJV
“Blessed are the poor in spirit, For theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
Matthew 5:3
Hebrews 11:1–3 NKJV
Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. For by it the elders obtained a good testimony. By faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that the things which are seen were not made of things which are visible.
Hebrews 11:6 NKJV
But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.
Henbrews 11:6
Eph. 3:8-
Ephesians 3:8–9 NKJV
To me, who am less than the least of all the saints, this grace was given, that I should preach among the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ, and to make all see what is the fellowship of the mystery, which from the beginning of the ages has been hidden in God who created all things through Jesus Christ;
Acts 26:17–18 NKJV
I will deliver you from the Jewish people, as well as from the Gentiles, to whom I now send you, to open their eyes, in order to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan to God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins and an inheritance among those who are sanctified by faith in Me.’
Acts 26:17-18
Isaiah’s vision is the work of the Messiah establishing the church that is Christ’s!

New Dwelling

2 Peter 3:13 NKJV
Nevertheless we, according to His promise, look for new heavens and a new earth in which righteousness dwells.
Peter addresses the church but speaks of the new heavens and new earth as something for which we seek. Why?
Revelation 21:2 NKJV
Then I, John, saw the holy city, New Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.
Revelation 21:1 NKJV
Now I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away. Also there was no more sea.
John saw a new heaven and a new earth and this after the final judgment scene of . Why?
If Isaiah saw a new heavens and a new earth and that is the church, and Peter and John saw a new heavens and a new earth but in our future, how can they be one and the same thing?
Genesis 1:1 NKJV
In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.
Genesis 6:5–7 NKJV
Then the Lord saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every intent of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually. And the Lord was sorry that He had made man on the earth, and He was grieved in His heart. So the Lord said, “I will destroy man whom I have created from the face of the earth, both man and beast, creeping thing and birds of the air, for I am sorry that I have made them.”

Gen. 9:
When Noah left the ark after the flood, he would have seen a heavens and an earth that he had never seen before. It was very different. there was blue sky. There were mountains that reached beyond the clouds. This is the world we see. We think it is beautiful, yet it was not the perfect world God created in . Rather, it was the world refashioned as a habitation for God’s people and was born out of sin and corruption. It was fashioned from death and rebellion.
God can take the wickedness of man and form something beautiful out of it. If He can do that with the world that we see and the universe that surrounds us, can He not do it with your soul?
He took the Israelites from slavery in Egypt to freedom in the wilderness where He gave them His law and His covenant. He brought them to the mountain to worship Him. He dwelt among them as their God. He provided all that they needed to sustain their lives and their souls.
Was that not a new heavens and a new earth that they saw when they first walked upon Canaan’s soil. No taskmasters. No crack of the crocodile’s jaw upon the infant Hebrews. No slavery to a foreign king.
For them a new heavens and a new earth was the hope of something better.
Yet, they rebelled and God raised up prophets like Isaiah to preach to the people to warn them and promise them of a new heavens and a new earth where both Jew and Gentile would dwell side by side.
