God is saying here, when you see your trials, start seeing them like you see me. Not that you lift your trials up to be equal with God. But when you see your trials you see them as having potential and not just as problems.
I hear you thinking. You’re thinking wait a minute preacher. I thought I was suppose to believe that God is my source of joy. Well my brothers and sisters that is true in every way. God is the source and strength of God is the only real source of our joy. However, it is not until you start to look at that trial as having the potential to turn things around for you that you will begin to experience the genuine joy of the Lord.
How do I change my thinking to be able to view my trials as potential sources of joy instead of just problems?
