1 Corinthians 15:33
Do not be deceived: “Evil company corrupts good habits.”
Three types of Bad Company
Poison People: They take and never give
People either increase or decrease you.
Type 2: Judgmental people; They are always tearing you down and never building up.
Matthew 7:
“Judge not, that you be not judged.
For with what judgment you judge, you will be judged; and with the measure you use, it will be measured back to you.
And why do you look at the speck in your brother’s eye, but do not consider the plank in your own eye?
Or how can you say to your brother, ‘Let me remove the speck from your eye’; and look, a plank is in your own eye?
Hypocrite! First remove the plank from your own eye, and then you will see clearly to remove the speck from your brother’s eye.
“Do not give what is holy to the dogs; nor cast your pearls before swine, lest they trample them under their feet, and turn and tear you in pieces.
Third type: Negative people; Their attitude and speech is never good.
“Either make the tree good and its fruit good, or else make the tree bad and its fruit bad; for a tree is known by its fruit.
A friend loves at all times, And a brother is born for adversity.
God has appointed people in your life to help you reach your destiny, but those people cannot get to you if you are continually letting the wrong people have access and take up your time.
Three types of Good company

Early in the morning they left for the Desert of Tekoa. As they set out, Jehoshaphat stood and said, “Listen to me, Judah and people of Jerusalem! Have faith in the Lord your God and you will be upheld; have faith in his prophets and you will be successful.”
Type 2: Spiritual Mentor
Two ways to learn: mistakes or mentors
Proverbs 13:
He who walks with wise men will be wise, But the companion of fools will be destroyed.
Two types of mentors: the ones you see and the ones you don’t.
Third type: Mature believers
Maturity means no longer subject to instability.
