1 Peter 4:10–11 NKJV
10 As each one has received a gift, minister it to one another, as good stewards of the manifold grace of God. 11 If anyone speaks, let him speak as the oracles of God. If anyone ministers, let him do it as with the ability which God supplies, that in all things God may be glorified through Jesus Christ, to whom belong the glory and the dominion forever and ever. Amen.

Everyone has spiritual Gifts

1 Corinthians 12:7 NKJV
7 But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to each one for the profit of all:

2. how do I identify my gifts ?

you can take a spiritual gift test, but they may differ depending on whats going on in your life.
for example you may be a very sanguine person, but going through a divorce or difficulty at work or with a member of the family and that might effect your outcome on these test.
there is no replacement for relationship with mature believers in the body of Christ.
here are some recommendations for identifying your gifts

1. As I study how gifts operate in the Bible, do any resonate in my soul?

2. What do I enjoy doing?

3. What is the holy spirit telling me?

4. What ministry in my life is God blessing?

5. What gifts do others see operating in me?

https://www.crosswalk.com/faith/spiritual-life/how-to-identify-and-effectively-use-your-spiritual-gifts.html

my observation is that most people operate in three gifts. one is a primary gift and two others work as needed.

there are a couple of lists on the body

word of wisdom
word of knowledge
Faith
gifts of healing
working of miracles
prophecy
discerning of spirits
different kind of tongues
interpretation of tongues
Romans 12:3–8 NKJV
3 For I say, through the grace given to me, to everyone who is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think, but to think soberly, as God has dealt to each one a measure of faith. 4 For as we have many members in one body, but all the members do not have the same function, 5 so we, being many, are one body in Christ, and individually members of one another. 6 Having then gifts differing according to the grace that is given to us, let us use them: if prophecy, let us prophesy in proportion to our faith; 7 or ministry, let us use it in our ministering; he who teaches, in teaching; 8 he who exhorts, in exhortation; he who gives, with liberality; he who leads, with diligence; he who shows mercy, with cheerfulness.
prophecy

a spiritual gift is spiritual gifts are for strengthening others. This, of course, does not mean that the person who has a spiritual gift gets no joy or benefit from it. But it does suggest that gifts are given to be given. They are not given to be hoarded. Dr. John Piper.
