The transformation of the redeemed is not the result of any actions of the one who has been saved. This is not the natural change into beauty of a creature always destined to be a certain way, and simply passing through a normal series of changes (butterfly). The transformation of the believer is miraculous, quite profoundly and simply the work of God alone.
