The Love of God

King James Version Chapter 5

5 And hope maketh not ashamed; because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us

The Love of God IS shed abroad in our hearts

Meaning, God’s love is currently, not has been, not going to be. God’s love Is continuously being poured into our hearts.

The Passion Translation says “Because we can now experience the endless love of God cascading into our hearts through the Holy Spirit”

King James Version Jude

20 But ye, beloved, building up yourselves on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Ghost, 21 keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life.
