The Joy of Fellowship

One of the most enjoyable things for me is to be in the presence of people that I like, love and have some common interest with. This makes me happy. I gives me reason. I makes me come alive. I grow in these environments through encouragement, laughter, sharing emotional stories, the good and bad stories of life. The joys the pain ups and downs.
Environments that will allow me to be me and is accepting of me. Healthy places to do life together.

Your Life giving Space

I’m sure you feel the same way. There is nothing like being around people that not only tolerate you but appreciate what you contribute to them and the world. Can you think of some times when you were in the company of people that just made you laugh, cry and inspire you. So much so that even though you new you had to leave to get readCommuy for work, put the kids to bed take care of other things you didn’t want to leave.

Enjoy fellowship JUST AS CHRIST DID

Jesus must have felt the same way because he constantly fellowship with his crew. I’m sure they told jokes and ate together enjoying some good hot fried fish and hush puppies. They got the same benefits we get by being in community.

Community

Community is built when people can grow in faith and and through common union. We grow best in healthy and nurturing environments. the places where we share the most in common and have some common interest are the places that cause us to thrive. Although our backgrounds cause us to view things differently the interest is still there.

Love your Neighbor as yourself

If we can appreciate this experience in our lives and Jesus found the value in it how much are we willing to give to ensure that others experience this as well. God opened the eyes of my understanding to this scripture that what we want for ourselves we should want for others. That’s truly loving our neighbors as ourselves. We cannot say we love someone and not want the best for them just like we want for ourselves. So as we pursue getting close to God and getting to know him better be thinking about who we can be bringing along for this glorious journey.
