Introduction

DCLM SCOTLAND PRAYER AND FASTING WEEK 3; JANUARY 2019

We have commenced our third week of Prayer and Fasting this month of January. I believe that spiritual battles are being won; Also battles in the physical realm are being won. You need to be a partaker in these battles so you can be a partaker in the victories.

PREPARATION: Prepare your heart, come apart to a solitary place. Examine yourself and ask the Lord to search you. ; .

REPENTANCE AND CONFESSION OF SINS: ; ; ; ; ; ; ;

1. For self, if any: besetting sins? presumptuous sins?

2. For the family and individuals in the family.

3. For the (DCLM) church, local, regional, national and international.

4. For the Nigerian church for which DLBC/DCLM is part.

5. For the universal church, all other denominations; and for unbelievers

GIVE THANKS: FOR HIS GOODNESS AND MERCIES TO US AND ALL THE PEOPLE OF THE WORLD:

STAND IN THE GAP: for souls of men, for your family, people, our church and the universal church of THE LORD, for the city, towns and villages, for the county and country, for the nation and nations of the world and for our rulers. ; ; ; ; ; .

PRAY FOR TRUE REPENTANCE AND SALVATION OF SOULS

1. That the LORD will send strong conviction and the Holy Spirit will convict the people of sin, of righteousness and of the imminent judgement. ;

2. That the people will be pricked in the heart and repent sincerely and promptly without procrastination or confer with flesh and blood. ; ; ; , ; ;

PRAY FOR INCREASE IN THE KNOWLEDGE OF GOD:

PRAY FOR THE PERSECUTED BELIEVERS WORLDWIDE.

PRAY FOR THE UK GOVERNMENT AND THE WILL OF GOD CONCERNING BREXIT TO PREVAIL.

PRAY FOR GOD’S INTERVENTION IN THE NIGERIA SITUATION AND OTHER NATIONS OF THE WORLD. ;

PRAY FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT AND INCREASE OF THE CHURCH: ; ;

PRAY FOR OUR CHURCH TO IMPACT THE COMMUNITY AND NATION.

1. For wisdom from above to develop some outreach strategies peculiar and beneficiary to our local areas and communities

2. Outreaches strategies to the homeless, the drug addicts, the orphans, the widows, the poor and less privileged in our societies

3. Outreaches strategies to the prisoners; the sick, the elderly, etc.

4. Outreaches strategies to the youths and children in our neighbourhood.

PRAY FOR REVIVAL; THE FEAR OF GOD; FOR THE SPIRIT OF GRACE & SUPPLICATION; THE SPIRIT OUTPOURING: ; ;

PRAY CONCERNING THE 2019 PROGRAMMES OF THE CHURCH

1. For fruitful weekly meetings at all the local churches.

2. For successful Church planting in new locations. ,,.

3. Pastors and workers and resources for the new locations.

4. For our GS, RO, NO, SO, Coordinators, Pastors and their families

5. The mini-congress in February, Easter retreat/conference, youth meeting, women meeting, workers trainings, combined services, national conference in August, December retreat/conference, etc

PRAY CONCERNING THE BUILDING PROJECT AT GLASGOW HQ CHURCH. ; ;

1. Pray for wisdom for the preparation of the grant application for the renovation and development at the location

2. Pray for the other users of the facilities

3. That the facilities will all be used for the glory of God

PRAY THAT ALL THE OTHER DLBC IN OTHER LOCATIONS AND CITIES WILL GET THEIR OWN PREMISES FOR THEIR LOCAL CHURCHES.

PRAY FOR PECULIAR NEEDS OF OUR CONGREGATIONS.

1. Immigration need and requirements

2. Financial needs for self-sponsored students

3. Job and financial needs for all in need

4. Professional career developments and professional jobs

5. Career progression and promotion

6. Self-employment, development of businesses, self-sufficient careers, and job creating careers that will employ others

7. Flexible and self-time manageable careers/jobs

PRAY FOR DIVINE HEALTH AND WELL BEING FOR ALL.

PRAY FOR DELIVERANCE FROM ALL BONDAGES AND SATANIC OPERATIONS and BIND THEM. ;

PRAY FOR VICTORIOUS DAILY CHRISTIAN LIVING AND WALK WITH THE LORD.

PRAY FOR CONSTANT WATCHFULNESS AND READINESS FOR THE RAPTURE; PUT ON THE WHOLE ARMOUR. ; .
