Heavenly Father;

Thank you for being our light, our salvation, and our stronghold. Crush the fear of man in us. We thank you that you do not allow our enemies to prevail over us. We ask that you would cause them to stumble and fall, not unto death, but unto a realization that you are God, and that Jesus is the Son. That through his shed blood we have been given the chance to be adopted into the family of God.

We ask that you would help us to have a desire for your presence, that we may dwell in your presence forever. Help us to learn to gaze upon the beauty of the Lord. The three in one.

We ask that you would not hide your face from us, but that you would open our eyes that we may see the weightiness of our sins, lead us not into despair, but help us to cast ourselves upon Christ, who gives us mercy.

We lift up our brother ND, that he could resonate with the psalmist, that his head would be lifted up above the enemies of the Lord and that as he goes you would help him sing a melody to you that is a sweet aroma not only to you but to the people of Nepal. Be gracious and answer him of his dreams and visions for Nepal.

We ask that you would give us strength to wait for you and take courage in you. Let our hearts not be cast down in despair.

Give our pastor favor this morning in his preaching. Awaken cold and darkened hearts. Comfort the weak and destitute.
