after the rapture of the church () all believers will be brought before the judgment seat of Christ
A.
2 Corinthians 5:10 ESV
For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ, so that each one may receive what is due for what he has done in the body, whether good or evil.

There is no general judgment. Only believers will go to the Judgment seat of Christ (Bema). We are not going to the judgment to see if we are saved we are going there because we ARE saved. This judgment is not to judge sin that was dealt with on the cross.
