SERIES GOAL
The main goal for the sermon series IS not an outputs—we want you to give more money to the church or we need X amount of money for this project. Instead, DESIRE our people wrestle with questions like:
How is God working in your life? How can you live more in union with the life of Jesus who sacrificed his life for us? How can you open yourself to the good work of the Holy Spirit in you? What are the spiritual resources you already have? And then what would it look like for you in your life with your job, your house, and your financial resources to live a life of sacrifice?

1. God’s generous heart
1. God’s generous heart
The generosity of God is evident in the way in which he deals with his creation, and supremely with sinners. God bestows his gracious gifts upon sinners in salvation, in sanctification and through the coming of the Holy Spirit.
7 In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses, according to the riches of his grace, 8 which he lavished upon us, in all wisdom and insight 9 making known to us the mystery of his will, according to his purpose, which he set forth in Christ
