A specific appeal: Receive the grace of God.
Implication #1: You need the grace of God.
Implication #2: God wishes to give you grace.
The “grace of God” (2) includes the “ministry of reconciliation” (5:18-20).
Salvation of the Exiles (Isaiah 49:8)
If the exiles’ return was a day of salvation, how much greater God’s reconciling the world?!
