Getting to Know Jesus

I. INTRO

What are somethings that u know, that u know, that u know are true?

I know Jesus died on a cross

I know Jesus didn’t stay dead! He rose from the dead

which means He’s alive & knowable!

I know that somehow the Holy Spirit uses the words I’m Going to say

& empowers em to speak directly to your heart,

where u find urself face to face w/Jesus

today we’re going to get to know Jesus (not just about Jesus)

but experience him!

Jesus is Courageously Compasionate

Mark 1:40–42 ESV

40 And a leper came to him, imploring him, and kneeling said to him, “If you will, you can make me clean.” 41 Moved with pity, he stretched out his hand and touched him and said to him, “I will; be clean.” 42 And immediately the leprosy left him, and he was made clean.
