Everyone in the world wants happiness. Everywhere you look, happiness is being sold, offered, and promised. In experiences, in products, in jobs, in relationships; happiness is the driving force. So why are we struggling to find it? Why does it seem that the harder we search, the less happy we are? And why, if happiness is possible, does almost no one actually have it? The Bible teaches us that happiness is not just about a feeling or an achievement. Happiness is a state and gift. A state of being rather than an emotion. A state of existence that derives from our purpose. And a state that is given to us by the One who made us, purposed us and redeems us.
