His reply was ‘I agree with you, I don’t like the way I do it either.
Tell me how do you do it?’
The woman who had criticised replied ‘I don’t do it.’
To which Moody responded ‘I like my way of doing it better than your way of not doing it.’
You know what an oak tree really is?
Just an acorn that wouldn’t move.
But that acorn set down some roots, started to extend itself and it grew.
A decent plan (you can go back and review and revise from time to time) where everyone knows their position, will succeed over the greatest plan that keeps changing based on the whims of a few people.
